Meet the winners of The Altos 2024 Awards, which took place on December 2 at the Ham Yard Hotel in London.
The ceremony honoured hospitality operators and software providers of corporate accommodation, and topped off an afternoon of thought leadership and industry expertise, across panel debates that took the pulse of the corporate accommodation landscape.
The Altos recognises excellence and innovation in the corporate accommodation and hospitality industry, covering categories ranging from technology and DEI to interior design and sustainability.

Meet the Winners
Best Interior Design
Wilde Aparthotels, London, Liverpool Street
Wilde Aparthotels, London, Liverpool Street won the "Best Interior Design" award for its thoughtful design, with judges singling out the "effort and consideration" that was put into colours of the rooms and furnishings, building aesthetics, space utilisation, and outdoor green living space. "Simply stunning," they said.
Most Innovative Use of Technology
Charles Hope Apartments has won again the "Most Innovative Use of Technology" award due to its focus on elevating the experience for prospective guests. Judges said: "More clients want to see temp housing before booking, and using video tours to hep set expectations is great." Meanwhile the apartment operator was also praised for applying tech to manage energy consumption and online concierge services.
Excellence in Safety & Security
Premier Suites won the "Excellence in Safety & Security" award for its "strong, robust, continual training process" that provides its team the skills to be fully aware of the requirements to provide their customers, both internal and external, with safe and secure accommodation. Judges also hailed its SOLO Travel programme, designed to address anxieties and improve the guest experience for women who travel alone, and associated accreditation.
Best Sustainability Initiative
aparthotel Birmingham was bestowed with the “Best Sustainability Initiative” award. Overall, judges declared an "outstanding achievement" with its commitment to eco-conscious design and sustainable operations, decision to use 100% renewable energy sources, and thoughtful guest-facing initiatives that include refillable toiletries and bamboo stationery, as well as eco-friendly transport options.
Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative
Charles Hope Apartments was awarded the “Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative” award as it demonstrated "real leadership diversity" and made a positive impact to employees and the people in the community. Initiatives carried out for woman and children in South Africa were also lauded.
Best Hospitality Operator (Europe)
Homenhancement won the "Best Hospitality Operator — Europe " award following a strong entry that demonstrated a client-centric approach, impressive growth trajectory, an advanced technology strategy and significant sustainability efforts.
Best Hospitality Operator (Middle East & Africa)
The Ascott received the "Best Hospitality Operator — Middle East & Africa” accolade for demonstrating a well-rounded approach that provides guests with a flawless hospitality experience and a "fabulous environment", judges noted.
Best Hospitality Operator (North America / LATAM)
AptsLatam won the "Best Hospitality Operator — North America/LATAM " award following a strong entry that showed its ability to rectify situations and provide solutions going beyond the regular expectation for corporate housing providers.
Best Hospitality Operator (APAC)
Frasers Hospitality won the "Best Hospitality Operator — APAC " category due to its "excellent entry" that showed considerable strength across the region both in achievements of services provided and their high level.
Special Award - Customer Success Champions

Rising Star
The Rising Star award, which acknowledges individuals who have made significant contributions to the sector's growth and development and who have demonstrated their legacy and durability of their achievements, went to Kate Draper, Global Key Account Manager at Staycity.
