Double Win for AltoVita at the 2024 FEM APAC EMMAs

AltoVita has once again been recognised for its excellence, securing two prestigious awards at the Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards (EMMAs) for the APAC region. These annual awards, organised by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM), honour the leading players in global mobility and international human resources.

Earlier this year, AltoVita earned two EMMAs at the FEM Americas in the same categories, making this a remarkable double regional win in 2024. However, the APAC recognition holds special significance as it marks our first EMMAs victory in this region, highlighting the quality and impact of our APAC team’s efforts under Peggy Ng leadership over the past year in expanding our presence, including in India.

"Winning the EMMA Awards is a testament to the daily hard work and strong partnerships AltoVita has nurtured across the APAC region. I am proud of our team, who has driven exceptional growth, particularly in India. We are focused on two-way value generation by delivering innovative solutions in mature markets and creative strategies in complex, remote areas, through technology, asset diversity, and personalised property content. This fresh approach has consistently earned us high satisfaction scores and reinforces our commitment to excellence, and to the APAC region." Karolina Saviova, Co-founder & COO at AltoVita.

Corporate Housing Provider of the Year

AltoVita’s first EMMA for the APAC region was awarded for Corporate Housing Provider of the Year, a testament to our commitment to building strong partnerships and leveraging innovative technologies, whilst delivering service excellence. These achievements have redefined our operational approach and raised the bar for excellence in customer service and creative supply chain management.

This award reflects AltoVita's dedication to not only expanding in the diverse and competitive APAC market but also to transforming the corporate housing experience with cutting-edge technology and unmatched service. Our collaborative approach with clients has driven us to co-create and co-design products that are shaping the future of the industry. For example, AltoVita’s negotiated rates have delivered an average of 17% cost savings compared to global rates, which, for a $10M program, translates to a savings of $3M. Cost savings were delivered in mature markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. Additionally, by automating key processes, we've reduced the time consultants and travel managers spend booking accommodations by 140%, from 24 hours to just 4 hours, all while maintaining below-average overhead costs—savings we pass on to clients through reduced average daily rates.

Looking ahead, AltoVita’s commitment to technological advancement in global mobility remains unwavering. Our Winter Hackathon led to the development of innovative tools like the GeoDiscovery Hub and Image Processing & Object Detection. Moreover, our partnership with Thrust Carbon resulted in the EcoStats reporting tool, built in just 10 days, further demonstrating our dedication to sustainability. These tools, along with AltoVerse, our all-in-one accommodation platform co-designed with our clients, are revolutionising the industry. Upcoming innovations, such as the Alto360 market intelligence solution for extended stays, are set to streamline processes and enhance product offerings.

Our technology roadmap is ambitious, with new projects aimed at elevating user experiences and improving operational efficiency. Future initiatives include the integration of new payment gateways, multilingual interfaces, rate optimization enhancements, loyalty program features, extended stay property management system (PMS) plugins, AI concierge services, and Augmented Reality (AR) property tours.

In short, AltoVita’s journey is one of continuous growth, driven by a relentless focus on innovation, operational excellence, and a deep belief in the power of details to create lasting value. As we move forward, our mission to redefine the corporate housing experience remains steadfast, fueled by past achievements and future aspirations.

The judges comments on AltoVita’s entry:

“AltoVita stands out with its strategic technological investments, particularly the AI GeoDiscovery Hub and Alto360 data intelligence tool. Their strong partnerships and focus on sustainability mark significant achievements and their high-touch customisation brings impact to both customers and the mobility industry.”

AltoVita’s tools, such as AltoCurate and the real-time reporting dashboard AltoInsights, have enabled NEI to provide personalised housing solutions, make better decisions, and manage accommodation costs more effectively. Innovations, like the integration of ChatWork for seamless communication and real-time data access in Japan, have further enhanced NEI’s client experience.
