Introducing: AltoVita's Corporate Housing Innovation Summit

AltoVita is hosting the first-ever Corporate Housing Innovation Summit (CHIS), bringing product development live to you: from Discovery & Design Thinking, prototyping, iterating, and testing and all the way to product launch.

Our objective is to foster open collaboration within corporate housing and global mobility, in order to future-proof our industry in the 21st century.

The summit is a collaborative product research and development process between AltoVita, mobile employees, leading Relocation Management Companies (RMCs), global mobility managers of multinational companies, and corporate housing experts.

Over three months, and spanning five continents, thought leaders from across the globe will join AltoVita to present live product development sessions aimed to modernize corporate talent mobility and corporate relocation efforts everywhere.

The first phase of the Innovation Summit is happening on Thursday, March 25th at 12PM EST / 4PM GMT. Moderated by Chris Roberts, Director of Innovation at Aires (one of top RMCs) and Ben Cross, the host of Love + Relo, this is not a session to miss! Here’s a sneak preview of this dynamic brainstorming session.

Save your spot and register here.

Each table will brainstorm, unpack and unearth challenges and problems most relevant to the continent they represent. t the end of the session, everyone will have a chance to share their innovative ideas and vision of the solution.

  • 11:30AM EST / 3:30PM GMT: Door opens
  • 11:30AM EST / 3:40PM GMT: 🍸🍹 Cocktail happy hour & networking
  • 12:00PM EST / 4:00PM GMT: Discovery & Design Thinking
  • 1:00PM EST / 5:00PM GMT: Ends

What is Design Thinking?

We follow a product research and development framework, which is anchored on first and foremost identifying a problem or requirement from the perspectives of the aforementioned collaborative stakeholders.

The Design Thinking phase will be delivered using a combination of wonder.me and mural as innovative tools to enliven the session. Wonder.me allows participants to walk around the Design Thinking gala room to meet people & network. While mural enhances the visual collaborative aspect with post-its, maps, flowcharts and drawings.

The remaining three phases include:

Phase 2 Prototype & Iteration (April 26-30, 2021): A dedicated product team lead by CEO & Co-founder of AltoVita, Vivi Cahyadi Himmel, will analyze the insights from Phase 1 and develop solutions that tackle the specific challenges for each continent.

Phase 3 Soft-launch & Testing (June 7-11, 2021): A cohort from each continent will be given private access to trial the prototype. Feedback will be incorporated into the finalisation of the new product features.

Final Phase Product Launch (June 21-25, 2021): Over the course of five days, each region’s specifically designed product will be presented and discussed by continent ambassadors and panelists, including mobile employees, relocation and mobility managers.

How does the product launch look like?

5 days, 5 continents, 5 solutions 🎈🎊

Each continent will be represented by the independent voices of the global mobility and relocation sectors. The CHIS’s Continent Ambassadors are:
