NEI Global Relocation has recently hosted their Awards Dinner, an industry event which is apart of their annual Global Partner Alliance Summit in Omaha.
The two-day event is filled with thought-provoking discussions, presentations, and interactions with NEI’s day-to-day operational teams, with the awards recognising those suppliers who excel within this space.
This year, AltoVita won the DE&I Leadership Award, an amazing achievement which really highlights how everyone needs to be promoting authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is core to AltoVita’s DNA, and we’re proud that more than 50% of our workforce is female, many identify as LGBTQ+, our team made up of 13 nationalities, and we speak 15 languages – and that’s only scratching the surface of our DE&I commitment.
“A strong Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) program fosters higher degrees of engagement, productivity and innovations,” said Randy Wilson, NEI President and CEO. “When a company achieves success in advancing the mission of improving the workplace through DE&I initiatives, we want to recognize those successes and share with others so we can learn from each other. We felt AltoVita deserved this award for the great strides they’ve made as a valued diverse service partner of NEI. Congratulations!”
Ben Cross, VP of Global Growth, and Bridget Roux, Supply Chain Manager for the Americas, kindly accepted the award.
