The report states that while Airbnb is “probably the most successful travel company of the last decade” it’s not without competition, which today includes “business travel-oriented platforms like AltoVita, 2nd Address, and MagicStay, homeswapping platforms like Kindred and ThirdHome, or a last-minute booking site like Whimstay.”
