Hospitality operators can now seamlessly manage housing requests through a dedicated requests page, eliminating the need to go through emails, saving both time and reducing human errors. Recent requests are automatically prioritised at the top for quick access, ensuring efficiency.
With real-time updates on request statuses and deadlines, users no longer need to refresh the page to stay informed. Changes appear instantly, enabling swift action and timely submissions.
Users can effortlessly submit properties, modify submissions, review details, and confirm or decline availability, all within a streamlined process.
Comprehensive Booking Overview
The enhanced bookings page offers partners a centralised view of all bookings in one place, with each booking seamlessly linked to its original request. Advanced filter options allow users to quickly locate specific bookings, including those with guests arriving or departing within the next seven days, ensuring efficient planning and management.
Partners can access detailed insights for each booking, including guest information, additional guests, booking status history, available extensions, and escalations. This comprehensive view eliminates manual tasks, streamlines booking management, and enhances operational efficiency. Designed for ease of use, the system fosters high adoption by providing a seamless, intuitive experience.
