About the Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit
AI, personalisation, and guest experience will be the focal points at the Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit in London on June 27. This annual flagship event will specifically reveal how AI is enhancing the booking and guest experience, and most importantly, it will explore the future of personalisation to enhance the overall travel experience. Additionally, we will discuss Gen Z and how companies should begin to plan and adapt for this tech-savvy generation that prioritises experiences.
AI and Guest Experience
Last year's Summit focused on how integrating technology can lead to more efficient booking methods. We heard from impressive speakers like PwC, who shared how streamlining their programmes resulted in a 30% cost reduction.
This year, the emphasis is on technology and enhancing the traveller's experience. From panel discussions in the main theater to product demos and breakout sessions, this year is centered on enriched experiences and uncovering Gen Z. We will unveil our latest product, AltoCore, our mobile app, and the diverse AI features designed to improve your performance. We will also share the stage with clients who have demonstrated great ROI since shifting to AltoVita's as their corporate accommodation solution.
Corporate travel and mobility managers, along with relocation companies, are invited to join us on June 27 to collaboratively explore the challenges surrounding AI, hyper-personalization, and Gen Z!

A Grand Stage for the Smart, Safe and Sustainable Summit
This year's Summit is set to take place at two of London’s most distinguished venues—The Odeon and The Londonder—a perfect fusion of charm and contemporary elegance.
The Odeon, renowned for its cinematic legacy, offers a stunning backdrop that blends old-world grandeur with modern sophistication. Its iconic architecture and immersive atmosphere will set the stage for inspiring keynotes, insightful discussions, and game-changing industry insights.
The Londonder, a beacon of luxury and refinement, provides an exclusive space for high-level networking and curated experiences. With its elegant design and state-of-the-art facilities, it’s the ideal setting to connect, collaborate, and celebrate innovation in corporate accommodation.
Get ready for an unforgettable experience at these exceptional venues as we bring together industry leaders, visionaries, and partners to shape the future of corporate accommodation.
AltoVita's Design Thinking Week
April, 2025
In April, we will conduct three design thinking workshops alongside our innovative Product Managers. These workshops aim to partner with leaders in global talent mobility and business travel to propel our product development roadmap forward. By taking part in these sessions, you will have a direct influence on our product launches and contribute to shaping the future of corporate accommodation technology.
