Relocate Global's Fiona Murchie Interviews CEO Vivi Himmel about AltoVita's "Meteoric Rise" by AltoVita

AltoVita CEO and co-founder Vivi Cahyadi Himmel recently filmed an exciting new interview with Fiona Murchie, Managing Editor at Relocate Global, to discuss AltoVita’s “meteoric rise” since we first launched into the global mobility sector three years ago.

During the discussion Vivi revealed how AltoVita will revolutionise corporate housing technology by introducing the first-ever standardised corporate housing API, connecting AltoVita’s network of 1 million diversified properties to a myriad of leading relocation technology partners. This revolutionary public API will in turn allow relocation partners to connect to AltoVita’s Business to Employee (B2E) property management system, giving them access to a global network of vetted and verified properties across 165 countries and 956+ cities. Clients can then seamlessly initiate housing requests, extend bookings, and cancel reservations.

Building on this, Vivi mentioned that a key reason behind why our portfolio is so diverse is because “we’ve seen a huge trend toward community-driven ecosystems in the global mobility sector and a growing pent-up demand to allow assignees based in remote locations in particular. This is why a hotel for example can become a great balancing option for assignees co-living, so they have both work from home amenities and be able to live and work from anywhere – whilst having that sense of community.”

This was also a key theme identified during our recent APAC rising up series – how ultimately, diversified housing options are useful for any generation, not just the Gen-Z demographic, as we continue to grow throughout second-tier cities.

Plus, Vivi shares six key findings from our Corporate Housing Innovation Summit, where we are aiming to bring product development transparently live to the public – features of which we will be unveiling later this month.
