Flying Butler Apartments offers an expansive UK portfolio of stylish and spacious serviced apartments to SMEs and multinational corporations alike. With almost 25 years’ experience, their buildings are renowned for prime locations, conveniently positioned by key business hubs and transport links. In addition, their apartments are perfectly equipped with the furnishings, features, and amenities that matter most to corporate travellers.
Across all departments, they are also working hard to establish new ways of improving their sustainability processes and environmental impact. For example, by opting for eco products and swapping to electric vehicles for maintenance staff, amongst other practices. They also only work with interior design companies which prioritises sustainability, with polices in line with the UN’s 17 sustainable development goals and a dedicated ReUse-Recycle-Donate programme.
Looking sector-wide, Flying Butler’s Green Ambassadors have signed up to a collaborative ‘Sustainability Forum’ led by ASAP and CHPA to identify best practices, support industry-aligned standards, and share strategies in order to make impactful progress on sustainability efforts.

Their purpose is to create sanctuaries by providing soulful hospitality through the traveller journey, and offering spacious, high-quality, clean apartments that are designed to be lived in, not just slept in. Since its beginning, Edyn has always had a strong awareness of the importance of sustainability and the environments within which they operate.

Working with sustainability consultants, they have formulated a strategy and roadmap for the next three years, setting out ambitions within each area of Environment, Social and Governance. The strategy also aligns to three UN Sustainable Development Goals that resonate with their purpose and vision: Good Health and Wellbeing, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Responsible Consumption and Production.
